I had only worked in the Retail and Public Transport sectors since leaving school. Since I had no qualifications or degree, I tailored my CV around the technical skills I&amp;rsquo;d learned in my personal time and the soft skills I&amp;rsquo;d picked up in my roles up to that point. At the beginning of 2026 I was given the incredible opportunity to become a Junior Tech / Engine QA Analyst at a well known game developer.&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
